Their simple brief was to enhance the customer experience and to refresh the overall look&feel as they wanted to create a new brand positioning.
We have executed a concept prototype with a complete understanding of the guest experience narrative, creating a zoning strategy that allows several unique experiences following the specific customer’s desire for that moment. Starting with the welcome area showing the core products, following with other areas, and the seating experience.
