Grom’s idea is to apply the same principle used by the best restaurants all over the world to the production of gelato: buy the best quality raw materials from one side and to optimize procedures and processes from the other.
We have committed ourselves to this ambitious project with all our expertise focused to enhance Grom’s design manual, its related consistency, production scaling, effective cost, and bespoke ordering system. The remodeling phase is just at the beginning.
